Shipping Policy for ByteStreamPC

At ByteStreamPC, we are committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Whether you’re purchasing one of our premium wristwatches or other accessories, we strive to ensure timely and secure delivery. Our Shipping Policy provides details regarding shipping methods, timelines, and costs to help you understand the shipping process for your order.
1. Order Processing Time
Once you place an order at ByteStreamPC, our team begins processing it as soon as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). This includes verifying payment, packaging, and preparing your order for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you immediately.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
ByteStreamPC offers multiple shipping options to suit your needs, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your destination.

Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days):
Our most cost-effective shipping option, standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days to deliver, depending on your location within the United States. During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays), it may take longer, but we do our best to ensure timely deliveries. -
Expedited Shipping (2-4 Business Days):
If you need your order sooner, our expedited shipping service ensures delivery within 2 to 4 business days, providing a balance between speed and cost-effectiveness. -
Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days):
For the fastest delivery, choose express shipping, and receive your order within 1 to 2 business days. This service is ideal for customers who require quick delivery, such as those purchasing a gift or time-sensitive order.
Please note that the above delivery times are estimated. While we work with reliable shipping partners, we cannot guarantee delivery within the specified timeframes due to factors such as weather, shipping carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. At checkout, you will be presented with the available shipping options along with their corresponding costs. We also offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
4. International Shipping
ByteStreamPC is proud to offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other import fees that are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the price at checkout and will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination, and customs delays may occur.

5. Address Accuracy
To ensure your order reaches you without delay, it’s crucial to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. ByteStreamPC is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at 860-552-9382 or info@bytestreampc.com. We will make the necessary changes as long as the order has not yet been processed.
6. Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package. If you haven’t received your tracking information or if you experience any issues, please check your email’s spam folder or reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@bytestreampc.com or 860-552-9382. We will investigate the situation and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If your order is confirmed as lost or damaged, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances. Please retain all packaging and take photos of any damage to assist with the claims process.
8. Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick delivery. As such, modifications and cancellations can only be made before the order has been shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 860-552-9382 or info@bytestreampc.com. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes, but you may initiate a return or exchange as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
9. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, some items may have restrictions on shipping due to size or regulatory concerns. If you are located in a restricted area, we will notify you during checkout.
10. Delivery Issues
If your package is not delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will track your package and resolve any delivery issues promptly. If your package has been marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We are happy to assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
