SHIPPING POLICY – BYTESTREAMPC

At BYTESTREAMPC, we are committed to providing a secure, reliable, and efficient shipping experience for all luxury watch orders. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, estimated delivery times, costs, and customer responsibilities.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

BYTESTREAMPC offers domestic and international shipping.

For domestic shipping, we deliver to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska. However, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) due to carrier restrictions.

For international shipping, we provide worldwide delivery to most countries. However, some locations may have restrictions due to customs regulations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact info@bytestreampc.com for assistance.


2. SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We partner with trusted carriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

For domestic orders within the United States, standard shipping typically takes three to seven business days, while expedited shipping takes one to three business days.

For international orders, standard shipping may take five to fourteen business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance process. Express international shipping generally takes three to seven business days.

All orders require one to three business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customers will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once their order has been shipped.


3. SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $500 within the United States.

For orders below $500, a flat shipping rate will apply based on the destination and selected shipping method. International shipping costs will vary depending on the location and courier fees.

Customers can view the exact shipping cost at checkout before finalizing their order.


4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS DUTIES

For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, and clearance fees required by their country’s customs authority. These charges are determined by local governments and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

If an order is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the package may be returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific duties and import fees before placing an order.


5. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We take shipping security seriously and ensure all shipments are fully insured for their total value.

If a package is lost in transit, customers should contact us immediately at info@bytestreampc.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

If an order arrives damaged, customers must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery by providing photos of the package and the item.

For stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, BYTESTREAMPC is not responsible for the loss. We recommend shipping to a secure address or requiring a signature for high-value orders.


6. ORDER TRACKING

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier’s website. If you have not received a tracking number within three business days of placing your order, please contact info@bytestreampc.com.


7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

After 24 hours, orders may already be processed and shipped, making cancellations difficult. If an order has been processed, cancellations may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, customers should contact us immediately. Once a package has been shipped, BYTESTREAMPC is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.


8. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

For security purposes, all orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery.

If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may attempt a redelivery or hold the package at a nearby facility for pickup. Customers are responsible for coordinating with the carrier for delivery adjustments.


9. DELAYED OR FAILED DELIVERIES

Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If an order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, customers should contact us for assistance. BYTESTREAMPC does not provide refunds for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control.

If an order fails to deliver due to incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from a carrier facility, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.
