RETURN & REFUND POLICY – BYTESTREAMPC

At BYTESTREAMPC, we are committed to providing premium luxury watches and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning items and requesting refunds.

By making a purchase from BYTESTREAMPC, you agree to the following return and refund terms.


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

✔ The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
✔ The watch must be returned with all original packaging, tags, certificates, accessories, and warranty cards.
✔ The return request must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.
✔ The watch must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
✔ Special-order or customized watches are not eligible for returns.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Final sale and clearance items
Personalized or engraved watches
Watches that have been resized, altered, or customized
Items without original packaging and accessories
Watches damaged due to improper use or handling

If an item does not meet our return eligibility, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.


3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization (RA) Number

✔ Contact our customer service team at info@bytestreampc.com or call 860-552-9382 within 14 days of receiving your order.
✔ Provide your order number, watch model, and reason for return.
✔ Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number if eligible.

Step 2: Package the Watch Securely

✔ Place the watch in its original box with all accessories, documents, and packaging.
✔ Use a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
✔ Clearly write the Return Authorization (RA) Number on the package.

Step 3: Ship the Return

✔ Ship the package using a reliable courier service with tracking and insurance (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL).
✔ The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
BYTESTREAMPC is not responsible for lost or damaged returns, so we recommend fully insuring the package.

Step 4: Return Inspection & Processing

✔ Once received, our team will inspect the item within 5-7 business days.
✔ If approved, we will issue a refund or exchange the item as per your request.


4. REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be processed according to the following conditions:

✔ Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
✔ Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees, customs duties, and insurance costs are non-refundable.
✔ If the item does not meet return conditions, it will be returned to the customer without a refund.


5. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for eligible returns under the following conditions:

✔ The exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
✔ The item must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
✔ If the new item has a higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
✔ If the new item has a lower value, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.


6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

✔ Email us at info@bytestreampc.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description.
✔ We will provide a return label at no cost for damaged or incorrect items.
✔ A replacement watch will be sent once we receive and inspect the returned item.


7. CANCELLATION POLICY

✔ Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
✔ After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee if the order has been processed.
✔ Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production begins.


8. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

✔ International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
BYTESTREAMPC is not responsible for customs fees on returned items.
✔ Refunds will be processed in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
