At BYTESTREAMPCC, we strive to ensure that all of our products are available for purchase. However, due to high demand and limited quantities, some products may not always be in stock.

  • Stock and Availability: Products listed on our website are subject to availability, and we make every effort to keep our inventory up to date. While we aim to fulfill all orders, there may be instances when a product is out of stock.
    • Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is unavailable after you’ve placed your order, we will notify you immediately via email and provide the option to either backorder the item, choose an alternative product, or cancel the order with a full refund.
    • Pre-order Products: Certain products may be available for pre-order. Pre-ordering allows you to secure an item before it is available for general sale. When purchasing a pre-order item, we will provide an estimated shipping date. However, please note that delivery dates for pre-ordered items are subject to change based on manufacturer availability.

  • Price Transparency: All prices on BYTESTREAMPCC are clearly listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and reflect the price for the product only. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.
    • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time due to factors such as fluctuations in currency, product availability, or promotional events. If you purchase an item at a certain price and it later changes, you will not be charged the adjusted price unless you make a new order.
    • Discounts and Promotions: Occasionally, we may offer special promotions or discounts. Promotions may include coupon codes, seasonal sales, or membership benefits. Promotions cannot be combined unless specified and must be applied during the checkout process.

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your BYTESTREAMPCC account.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories.
    • Exchanges: We currently only process returns. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product.
    • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@bytestreampc.com with your order details. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning your item.
    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

7. Limitation of Liability

BYTESTREAMPCC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your purchase, including but not limited to the inability to use the products, delays, or interruptions of service. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the product in question.
